Portinho do Côvo Branco is a crisp and dry white with expressive white blossom and lemon aromas, supported by hints of spice and mineral characters. The palate is fresh and clean, delivering ripe, citrus flavors across a long finish.

Roast chicken, simply prepared fish, pork, roasted vegetables, soft cheeses.

Flor de San Martín is a medium-bodied white wine with inviting aromas of white jasmine and honeysuckle blossom, green pear and apple notes, plus and an intriguing minerality. The palate is lush but balanced by a zippy, citrus-peel/green fruit intensity.
