Beyond the Label

What do you do when you discover dinosaur fossils in your vineyards? Well, if you’re the team behind best-selling Stones & Bones, at Casa Santos Lima, you turn that prehistoric surprise into inspiration. The full-bodied red’s big fruit flavors and vanilla tones always leave a big impression, but this MAGNUM bottle offers even more impact.

Winemaker Vasco Martins set out to make a red of real power, blending native Portuguese grape Tinta Roriz with Lacrima, an Italian speciality, along with Syrah and Alicante Bouschet to produce something truly bold. Then he bottled it in a magnum—the size of two standard bottles.

Expect intense aromas of berries and baking spice, leading to a rich, concentrated palate of black plum and bramble, all wrapped up in velvety vanilla-spice notes.

It’s smooth enough to sip on its own, but also makes a fantastic match for both summer barbecue and hearty winter meals. You’ll have plenty to pour generously at parties, family gatherings and more.

Secure your share of this hugely popular, HUGE bottle today.
