Prezza Prosecco

Flavor Profile
Fizzing with flavors of orchard fruits and citrus, Prezza Prosecco exemplifies the joyful attitude and commitment to excellence of the Botter, the family-owned winery that produced it. Its dazzling, textured bottle makes it perfect for parties and special occasions but trust us when we say a pop of the stuff is also the best way to liven up any regular weeknight.
Goodness knows it’s a big part of everyday life for the Botters, who’ve been part of the wine industry for almost a century now.
It all started in 1928, with husband and wife Carlo and Maria Botter, who sold humble local wines by the barrel in their small town outside of Venice. They used any profits to purchase their own vines and winemaking equipment, and quickly gained a reputation for their delicious, handcrafted bottlings.
Today, their business has the same reputation, but is run by Luca, Annalisa and Alessandro Botter—the third generation—and is one of the most prominent in all of Italy. They craft a wide range of wines, but their Proseccos remain a favorite, the embodiment of conviviality and spontaneous celebration.
This one is immediately appealing, offering aromas of acacia and wisteria flowers and delivering delicate flavors of pear, green apple and lemon with its soft bubbles. It’s a lovely aperitif, but also wonderful alongside risotto, roasted vegetables and all manner of seafood from arctic char and fried cod to oysters and sushi.
Order yours today and start adding a little more sparkle to your life.
