Omaha Steaks 1917 Chardonnay 2022

To select the 1917 range of House Wines, the Omaha Steaks team tasted a wide array of wines from boutique cellars around the world—and only the very best made the cut.

The Omaha Steaks 1917 Chardonnay comes from the sunny south of France, near the picturesque seaside city of Beziers, where vines have been grown since Roman times. It’s crafted by dynamic winemaker Nicole McPheeters, who was born in Arizona but now lives in southern France.

To make her elegant, award-winning Chardonnay, Nicole blended the best grapes from four of her favorite vineyards. Much of the fruit was harvested from higher-elevation sites, which lends a lovely freshness to the wine and makes it ideal for pairing with food.

Look forward to vibrant flavors of lemon zest, ripe apple, juicy peach and tropical fruit notes with a creamy texture and a clean, zippy finish. It will be delicious alongside cedar plank salmon, grilled chicken, pasta with buttery/creamy sauces, pork ribs, summer salads, soft cheeses and more.
